The wood boards and scaffolding that plagued the sidewalk in front of the Ludlow Residence (or dorm to us plebs) are now history. By the look of it, construction is finally nearing its end. Now the "dorm daze" really begins. Ludlow, fare thee well. It was nice knowing ya.

I live next door. Uggh. At least this means we'll finally get our sidwalk back...at least until it's overrun with strung out art students.
Ahh so that's what it is. We've simply been calling it the "dog-shit" building due to the uniquely hideous hue of its turd colored brick work. To think they actually tried to make it look like this. Must be the ugliest building built in the city this cycle and that really is saying something.
NEVER thought i'd miss a Duane Reade....wait;it's just across the street now!!

it definitely is one of the ugliest buildings around. it makes blue look like a godsend. and i agree with brian that the pixelated browns are simply awful.
