Bowery Haute Couture

In preparation for a Louis Vuitton bash at the Bowery Ballroom tonight, working crews were mobilized quite early to retro-fit the charming facade with neons and televisions. And to completely block the entire sidewalk between Chrystie and Bowery. The event is reportedly a celebration of the new Stephen Sprouse Collection, and will include performances by Debbie Harry and DJ Jus Ske.
One question remains, though. Will people still shell out cash for this latest luxury?
