Foundation Poured at 163 Orchard

Yesterday afternoon, in white-out snowy conditions, workers poured the concrete foundation for 163 Orchard Street. According to Curbed, a shiny new 10-story, 32-room boutique hotel will soon rise from the site. One question still remains unanswered – how many boutique hotels can they squeeze into this already-crowded section of Orchard Street?
