Spitzer’s Flirts with NYPD

Spitzer’s Corner just can’t catch a break. Since opening at the corner of Ludlow and Rivington, this self-proclaimed “gastropub” has been riddled with violations. Last August, it was underage drinking. Then, merely a month later, a brief run-in with the DOH shut down business for a couple days. And now it’s three times a charm for the embattled bar – busted again for the “illegal sale of alcoholic beverages.” Stuck to the window for all to see is their latest restraining order. Nevertheless, it was still business as usual last night during happy hour.

How many more violations before this place is shuttered for good?
