Jailhouse Signage

As of yesterday, the deplorable bright orange awning above the entrance to the ~~jailhouse~~ Ludlow Residence now has official markings. Another baby step toward opening.

Jailhouse? Geez man, why so much bitterness toward this development? I see nothing wrong with inviting a few creative minds to the hood... do you honestly miss the Footlocker that was previously there?
