Just the other day, we noticed that the long-standing sidewalk shed hugging 240 Sullivan Street was propped open to the public. Relaxing at a table inside (reading the paper) was a friendly contractor who was quite forthcoming with information. He said that the former home of Jamaican Flavors would soon become a coffee shop dubbed Third Rail Coffee Company. It should be ready to serve within a month.
