Grand Stands
While Cemusa continues its quest to conquer the city’s unique street furniture, Grand Street is still holding on for dear life. And successfully, at that. The one-block span between Bowery and Chrystie Street has three blood-red newsstands to serve the bustling outdoor market. Each dilapidated unit might be short on space, but definitely not personality.
