Allen Street Plant Boxes

With the addition of newfangled plant boxes, efforts to beautify the Allen Street Mall are clearly progressing. These wooden constructs are situated at various intersections along the median, including Houston, Delancey, and Canal Streets.

However, since installation nearly two weeks ago, the boxes have remained empty.
