Bowery Tinkle

Urinating on city streets is generally conducted late night, deep in the shadows and out of plain sight. But not always. The other day, one man decided to tinkle on the sidewalk shed of McNally’s Bowery pizzeria for all to witness.
Is it a yellow kiss of death from our beloved thoroughfare?
