Skyline Update: Ludlow Water Tank

Unlike most of its antiseptic glass brethren, the condo at 136 Ludlow softened the blow of its mere existence by opting for an exposed rooftop water tank. It’s an aesthetically pleasing addition to an increasingly gruesome Lower East Side skyline. A skyline that has undoubtedly cast an enormous shadow over the embattled corridor between Houston and Delancey.
