Construction Advancing at 2 Cooper Square

At the northernmost reaches of the Bowery, construction at the behind-schedule 2 Cooper Square (“Deuce Coop”) is advancing at breakneck pace. Indeed, since Grieve checked in about two months ago, five new levels have been added to the future luxury rental complex. And the tall crane remains part of the nascent Cooper skyline.

All told, the project will rise fifteen stories, and will definitely cast a shadow on East Fourth Street. We anticipate some crazy landlord concessions to lure anyone to this property.
