Posting Bills on Ludlow

It’s not every day you see the souls responsible for posting bills on the city’s street furniture. Well, a few nights ago, we encountered a man on Ludlow armed with a wad of ads, a bucket of glue, and a large brush. He was quite busy with the plywood outside the stalled construction site of number 145.
