Upper East Side Proposal
Friday afternoon, this super-crafty marriage proposal on the Upper East Side had passersby pointing and staring in awe. Stenciled on what appeared to be a huge tarp, the enormous sign was strung between a balcony and the adjacent window. It was quite an ambitious feat, considering the message was so clearly visible from street level.
Truly an "only in New York City" story.

Bowery boogie seems to have the "in" on the new world order takeover of nyc, now branching out to the upper east side boogie.
