Visual Confirmations on Bleecker

As of yesterday afternoon, we now have visual confirmation that 184 Bleecker Street will become a bank. In fact, a Bank of America. The sidewalk plywood was recently painted red, with a matching banner nailed to its exterior.

Meanwhile, a few doors down, the dismantling of 178 Bleecker is progressing at a breakneck pace. The replacement structure will be eight stories.
