Another Bling Cab Spotted Uptown

In response to the Bowery Bling Cab, a reader wrote in to say that another such cab was spotted uptown, near the corner of 53rd and 3rd (cue Ramones). The picture reveals that these are not the same drivers, despite the strikingly similar pimped-out rims. Does the Taxi Commission have a new covert fleet they neglected to mention?
