Organic Avenue Expanding?

Organic Avenue is reportedly expanding its neighborhood presence. A reader sent in the following intel regarding a newly-leased Suffolk Street location:
I had a brief conversation with the owner (or who I think the owner) of Organic Avenue on Saturday. They are now renting the old Rothko space on Suffolk Street across from the CSV [Clemente Soto Velez]. He said they were just cleaning the place out and had no firm plans on what they will do with the space.
Organic Avenue currently has two city outposts – 101 Stanton Street and 43 Eighth Avenue. We will post more details as they arise.
