Hot on the heels of losing By Robert James (now across the street), 75 Orchard Street already has a replacement lined up.  It’s out with the old and in with the old at this property.  That’s right, folks.  According to a sign taped in the doorway, another boutique will soon be making a splash alongside Still Life.  Dubbed Kai D Utility, this store reportedly features “tools and clothing for artisans.”  For tools, indeed.
