Original Triangle Optical Signage Stripped

Just under a year ago, Triangle Optical moved to a much smaller space directly across the street at 90 Delancey.  In that time, the original location at 95 Delancey has been dormant, a ghost of its former self.  Gates remained shut, with the only signs of life being DIY announcements informing residents and would-be consumers of the move.

Then late last week, the shutter mechanism and kitschy store signage were abruptly stripped from the building and scattered across the interior.  All the recent activity hints at the possibility of a new tenant in the near future.  Seems like prime real estate for another bank or bar-slash-eatery combination.
