New York Now Showcase in West 4th Station

Since early October, the entire West 4th subway station has been sponsored by New York Now, an AIA (American Institute for Architects) member showcase celebrating new architecture across the Five Boroughs. Each advertising skin shows numerous renderings of buildings and other projects in the pipeline. The exhibition will run through the end of the month.
Of particular note, however, is the inclusion of 372 Lafayette (aka 11 Great Jones Street), which has yet to break ground. Our compatriot EV Grieve has followed the development closely, noting back in August that Massey Knakal was still shopping a buyer for the sliver property (six-story glasswork). A quick look at their website reveals that the $4.4 million listing [pdf] is now no longer active. Does this mean the Meineke Muffler garage is on the verge of eradication?
Meanwhile, the adjacent property is still on the market for a measly $25 million.
