290 Mulberry Light Show
Last night, in an effort to score some attention, 290 Mulberry put on a lightshow visible at street level. All the flashing colors seemed to morph the SHoP Architects condo into some sort of fun-house. It was definitely a noteworthy sight.
Also noteworthy is the building occupancy. Or rather, lack thereof. According to Core Group’s real estate listings, four of the eight loft residences are vacant, as is the penthouse, which can be yours for a slender $7.5 million. Still no word on a proper opening date, though.
