Seemingly valuable real estate will soon become available at 61 Delancey, located at the southwest corner of Allen Street.  Indoor-Outdoor Flooring Supplies, the neighborhood carpet store which occupied the space, is currently moving down the block to the recently-renovated 55 Delancey.  Its new neighbor is none other than Creative Sign, Inc., which itself relocated to 55-A just last month.  What will become of its unique bi-lingual signage?
