Community Board 3 leads complaints, booty buses, and Danny Fields, all in today’s neighborhood news!

It’s Friday the 13th – be careful out there!

Community Board 3 seems to be the most vocal, leading the city in the number of 311 commercial noise complaints.  Most calls are regarding nightlife (surprise, surprise) [The Villager via Vanishing NY]

Looks like Governor Paterson is “willing to reconsider” the allegedly unpopular new license plate upgrade.  Probably just lip service, as the state needs money [Runnin' Scared]

And then there were two. Trader Joe’s is coming to the corner of Sixth Avenue and 22nd Street.  But will the new outpost alleviate lines at the over-hyped Union Square location? [Observer]
