Delancey Store Signage Upgrades

There are two store signage upgrades on Delancey to report this fine Monday morning.  First is Happiness Deli at 101 Delancey.  While its tired old beige-and-blue awning was a wee bit more subtle, the boxy replacement is simply hard to miss.  Indeed, it’s bright red with the word DELI printed in gigantic white lettering.

Next up is Elco Jewelry at 88 Delancey.  Its wonderfully old school signage, which hung for years, was recently swapped with something simpler, more modern.  Note the replacement has a spelling error, though.  For the record, it’s “jewelry.”  F-
