Lights On in Trump SoHo

There are now signs of life in the upper reaches of the Trump SoHo monstrosity. Guess somebody finally flipped the light switch. Meanwhile, Scoopy reports that a ground-level tiki bar is currently in the works, and that the “condotel” is just a few months from opening.
