Mario’s Pizza Now Serving at 147 East Houston

Well, the wait is over. No more dilly-dallying.  Nearly a month after first revealing its trademark-infringing signage, (super) Mario’s Pizza is now serving slices, burgers, and wings at 147 East Houston.  We ambled past during dinnertime last night and saw a bunch of people sitting on the bar stools and eating in the booths.

  • Haven't eaten there, but my 9 year old Nintendo-crazed son thought the signage was insanely cool as we were driving down Houston Street last night (on our way to meet some friends at Katz's Deli, just a few blocks away). We may have to go back there just for the "Mario Experience"

    Had the Pizza the other night, Pizza was great, very fresh. Place is clean and the help was very friendly. Definitely a great addition to the les.

  • wouldn't be too surprising. the infringement is so blatant, it's amusing.
