Waffin Tea Room Might Have Some Enemies

If the graffiti scrawled on their canvas vestibule is any indication, the Waffin Tea Room at 161 Allen Street might have some enemies.  Espresso was incorrectly spelled with an “x” which angered someone to the point of no return.

Mudslinging aside, though, the 600 square-foot tea joint remains on the chopping block two months after being listed.  And priced to please at a cool $80,000.  Any takers?
