290 Mulberry is Peeling
With foreclosure looming high above its eight-plus stories, the vacant 290 Mulberry – designed and built by SHoP Architects – is deteriorating before our very eyes. A section of the gray siding is bubbling and peeling.
Of course, this sore sight is easily contrasted by the colorful light show that has since resumed in the third and fourth floors.
