Dividing 185 Orchard Street
Since the completion of the Thompson LES back in 2008, the expansive ground-level commercial space at 185 Orchard Street has been idle. The glass remained unobstructed throughout (except for some yuppie-hating graffiti), and always advertised a unit that seemed too large for just one tenant. No longer the case.

In recent days, walls were constructed, dividing the space into three separate retail entities. And now there is an eye-catching “for rent” sign prominently affixed to the exterior. Time to place your bets on the new tenants. Any takers?
