Samsung Targets the East Village in New Commercial [Video]

Much like the previous Time Warner Cable advert, this Samsung commercial running ad nauseum during football Sundays incorporates some key shots of the East Village.  Among other street scenes, the Village East Cinema, Bar Veloce, and Cooper Union are all featured prominently.

The thirty-second spot is selling their newest Samsung LED television by superimposing an army of app icons throughout the neighborhood. An army waiting to attack your attention spa…oh, and there’s a cameo by Eli Manning.
