Chef/restaurateur Eddie Huang sure knows how to generate buzz around his Xiao Ye venture at 198 Orchard Street. Last Friday, Huang announced a new weekly event called “Four Loko Thursdays,” an all-you-can-drink affair for $15. Only days later, the idea was scrapped after the Daily News informed him that the state bars such specials.

Not to be deterred, Huang tweeted earlier this morning that “Four Loko Thursdays” will continue, though slightly modified.
For the record, Four Loko Thursday is still goin down. SLA won’t allow all-u-can-drank so its now $3 a can of four loko 6 to 11pm
Your move, NYC!
