After months of preparations, Fatta Cuckoo is now serving dinner at 63 Clinton Street. Saturday evening was the official launch of the Italian American eatery. We received the following communique from owner Leah Tinari yesterday:

Fatta Cuckoo is finally open for dinner! We will be easing into brunch and lunch this coming weekend and next week! Last night [Saturday] was our first night open for full service and it was an amazing evening. Come join us this week for our soft opening, delicious food and cocktails!
Meanwhile, a quick check with the State Liquor Authority shows that their full liquor license is now active. And according to Tinari, they are offering simple cocktails to keep things affordable – i.e. “we are not subscribing to the mixology craze.”
