New York City Time-lapse [Video]

It’s the final stretch of the afternoon.  A time when diversions are welcome, and three additional cups of coffee, plus a 5 Hour Energy, no longer seem to do the trick.  So what better way to long for day’s end than with a time-lapse video of our beloved city!

Photographer Josh Owens takes a meticulous, shoe-gazer approach to the work by pairing the video with a tune called “Down to the Cellar” by Dredg. Check out the 2:00 mark for the Lower East Side cameos, including Pulino’s Bar and Pizzeria, the New Museum, and 38 Delancey!
