Calvin Klein is pairing cleavage with clever in its latest banner campaign above the corner of Lafayette and East Houston. Rather than another boring QR code advert, the fashion company took the interactive concept one step further last week by pairing the burgeoning technology with sex. The campaign is dubbed “Get in the CKONE Box,” and beckons gawkers to whip out their phones and start scanning. And being consummate tech nerds, that’s precisely what we did.

After downloading the CK One app and scanning the Matrix-looking billboard, the end-user is redirected to a twenty-second teaser trailer of scantily clad model Lara Stone dancing in her undies. It seems pretty useless, but effective advertising nonetheless.
