Dog Etiquette at 118 Eldridge

Speaking of uncontrollable bladder issues along Eldridge Street, residents of #118 are sick of the neighborhood walkers who piss dogs on their stoop. In an effort to alleviate the situation, building tenants resorted to a classic method of urban etiquette – the threat-less warning sign.

The sign was affixed to the handrail of 118 Eldridge Street over a week ago, but has since been removed.
