Souvlaki GR Reveals Completed Facade at 116 Stanton

Behold, the official brick-and-mortar outpost of culinary truck-treasure Souvlaki GR.  The rough-textured stone facade of 116 Stanton Street was completed over the weekend, and whitewashing subsequently began yesterday morning.

Painted to resemble the Greek national flag, the storefront exterior now boasts a blue-and-white color scheme and stenciled black namesake.  As EV Grieve previously reported, the new restaurant is slated to open its doors next Monday and will allegedly accommodate forty diners.  Meanwhile, their application for a wine and beer license was unanimously approved by Community Board 3 back in January.
