Pregnant Teen Shot Outside 210 Stanton Street
More information is now in focus regarding the shooting yesterday afternoon outside 210 Stanton Street. Contrary to initial scanner reports circulating on Twitter, a pregnant 16-year-old was shot in the arm outside her apartment building. According to the Daily News, police believe the shooter to be her boyfriend, however the dispute itself remains unclear. Investigators know who the perp is, and expect to have an arrest fairly soon.

The victim, one Kimberly Valasquez, is two months into her pregnancy, and was rushed to Bellevue Hospital after the incident. She’s reportedly recovering from surgery, and the unborn baby will be okay.
