Rag & Bone Re-Brands Its Facade
Rag & Bone at 73 East Houston is desperately holding onto the street aesthetic while selling trendiness to the well-heeled Lower East Side set. Rather than bank on another unique mural by a local artist, the boutique is instead going with its namesake. Bubble lettering and colorful puzzle piecework now replace the “Art is My Weapon” gun on the whitewashed Elizabeth Street wall.

And since its inception a couple weeks ago, the new mural has remained surprisingly tag free. Give it time…
