Retna at the Bowery Graffiti Wall [Video]

And on the second day, LA-based street artist Retna completed his dripping symbol-heavy mural at the corner of Bowery and East Houston. As with previous artists at the graffiti wall, the entire job was executed under the watchful eye of the neighborhood public. Not conversing too much with his cohorts, Retna did his thing to the tunes blasting in his Beats by Dr. Dre headphones.

While we dig the eclectic nature of this piece, we are already missing the pulp fiction nature of FAILE’s street collage…
