Blue Ribbon Sushi Izakaya Now Open on Orchard

Shang gambled and lost big. Now Blue Ribbon Sushi Izakaya is rolling the dice with a new restaurant on the backside of the Thompson LES. The marquee overhang has been properly branded with board signage, and street-level menu box firmly affixed on the doorpost.

The literature by the 187 Orchard entrance confirms that this latest sushi spot is now certified open. Just as predicted last week. We’ll let the menu speak for itself:
