CB3 Releases June SLA Agenda

On the eve of the Memorial Day holiday weekend, Community Board 3 updated its website with next month’s SLA agenda. June is yet another month where the majority of applicants are jockeying for East Village licenses.

Some notable applicants:

• A new French bistro is poised to take over the hexed real estate that is 121 Ludlow Street. Nippon folded last year.
• Paulaner Brothers is back on the docket to secure a full liquor license for its Bowery beer garden.
• The Bowery Diner wants a sidewalk cafe.
• The new Sam Chang Holiday Inn on Delancey is seeking another full liquor license for the establishment. It already secured one for the Delancey Lounge & Grill located inside.
