J.D. Fisk Vacates 159 Ludlow Street
J.D. Fisk at 159 Ludlow Street, the two-year-old offshoot of women’s boutique Dolce Vita, met a similar fate as its creator. It too vacated the Lower East Side last week, leaving in its wake a vacant store space. Some high-profile Hell Square real estate ripe for the picking. It’ll probably become another trendy boutique of sorts.

The space now sits dark with the requisite leasing sign hanging in the windows. Dolce Vita once had two storefronts on this stretch of street, but decided to tailor the concept of the smaller 159 Ludlow specifically for its men’s shoe line. That was October 2010.
