If the latest real estate listing for the space is any indication, the landlord doesn’t want another nightlife occupant. Good thing.

The 2,200 square-foot vacancy carries a price tag of $8,500 in rent, and comes with a free month. No key money. Building owners prefer an art gallery or retail operation for a June 1 move-in.
