Listing for Panda NYC Space on Chrystie Street

Posted on: May 23rd, 2012 by

Panda NYC, the short-lived gallery-cafe-bar combo concept, fell victim to the Department of Health in March, and was eventually evicted from its 139 Chrystie Street perch. If the latest real estate listing for the space is any indication, the landlord doesn’t want another nightlife occupant. Good thing.

The 2,200 square-foot vacancy carries a price tag of $8,500 in rent, and comes with a free month. No key money. Building owners prefer an art gallery or retail operation for a June 1 move-in.
