Stuy Town Spots on Spotify

Talk about super-targeted advertising. Stuyvesant Town is now sinking promo dollars into Spotify, the popular subscription music service. Apparently the logarithms churning behind the scenes feel that we are in direct need of an overpriced “oversized” Stuy Town apartment, now being the time to “make Stuy Town your town.”

Here’s the copy – “oversized East Village apartments with an 80-acre backyard.” Must be having a wee bit of trouble attracting tenants, offering one free month in a real estate climate that isn’t really offering concessions these days.
