Recap: Howl Festival in Tompkins Square Park

The annual Howl Festival in Tompkins Square Park is always a treat. Armed with the trusty G12 and a delicious Ray’s egg cream, we strolled the wonderfully painted perimeter Saturday afternoon, and watched dozens of artists brand their work onto the blank canvases. Chico had prime placement at the southwest entrance with his mural of Basquiat.
