Election Day is a few months out, and graffiti artist ME continues his guerrilla political commentary on the downtown streets. Most recently, we’ve seen such cheeky humor with pieces like the Mitt Romney “Vote Honky or the Kiss the Cook paster of Breaking Bad character Walter White.
The latest spoof art features a mashup of Barack Obama and Jimi Hendrix, and channels a famous nonprofit organization in its delivery. “Ba Rock the Vote” resembles a vinyl record album sleeve, and was spotted in SoHo near the corner of Prince and Crosby.
Sorta reminds us of that SNL skit with The Rock.
