Do Not Piss in This Delancey Doorway!

Here on the Lower East Side, there is no doubt a direct correlation between the proliferation of nightlife and the frequency of doorway pissers.  We’ve been through this time and again, as it happens every weekend like clockwork. Unwanted masses woo-woo through the neighborhood and destroying the streets. Actions that usually result in some great urban etiquette signage.

This warning to those with bladder control issues is simple and to the point. Residents of the KARC building at 101 Delancey Street pasted the direct request, “do not piss here,” presumably directed to the hordes of new partiers that have discovered life south of Delancey, thanks to Hotel Chantelle and the DL.
