CB3 Releases September SLA Agenda

The September SLA agenda is out for Community Board 3 licensing committee and it’s much lighter than August. There are half as many applicants this go-round, 23 to be exact, evenly split between the East Village and Lower East Side. Here are some quick notables:

• Nom Wah Tea Parlor is looking to alter its wine and beer license for new hours.
• Lina Frey might soon give way to a new lobster joint at 201 East Houston. Principals are seeking full liquor.
• Despite a botched job and subsequent tenant evacuation at 265-267 Bowery, Paulaner is still after an on-premise license.
• Lolita is seeking additional privileges at 266 Broome Street with a new on-premise application.
