Subway Scenes: Stuy Town Down Below

Posted on: August 7th, 2012 by

Stuy Town is amping its ad spend, this time heading underground for more eyeballs. That’s right, advertising on Pandora and Spotify certainly wasn’t enough.

We spotted this, well, spot on a northbound D train the other day. “Quality of life includes quality of living.” A bold, albeit inaccurate statement coming from a housing complex notorious for the opposite in recent years.

This placement goes hand-in-hand with the “no fee, 80-acre backyard” real estate pitch, the math of which we already proved was misleading.

Make that “EXCLUDES” quality of living. I’ve lived here many years and the quality of living has NEVER been as awful here as it is now thanks to Adam Rose/Rose Associates and Andrew MacArthur/CW Capital. They have turned this place into a real DUMP.

Quality of life??? Want to see what the quality of life is REALLY like in Stuy Town? Have a look! Feces, urine, garbage and drunkards!

      I don’t think that I can take it…

Sean Sullivan and Joe DePlasco take it very seriously.

And you know it’s the truth because they said it.

            Seriously.
