Two Former Billy’s Antiques Employees Arrested for Drunk and Disorderly

Billy Leroy dumped his eponymous antique business on the Bowery earlier this spring, sending it off with a grand celebration and circus-style wake. While a well-weathered coffin still lies in state, former employees of Billy’s Antiques are often seen selling odds-and-ends in front of the chain-link fence. Or in the median of East Houston. But it looks like the final hurrah has arrived.

We received word that Tommy and Louie, both former salesmen at the tent, were apparently arrested outside 76 East Houston Saturday night for drunk and disorderly conduct.

In other Billy Leroy news, the hoarding self-promoter is set to return for a second season of the Travel Channel series, “Baggage Battles.”
