Dress Cues from the Man in White

Here on the Lower East Side, the seasons are gauged not by street fashions or the length of shadows on the sidewalks. Rather, we look to the mysterious man in white – Jimmy Blanco – for proper cues. His dress recently went from shorts and tee to full pants, sock hat, and longsleeves. Time to swap out the summer wardrobe.
